Our Services
Family Medicine
Our Family Practice has the ability to care for the medical needs of our patients. We are versed in the treatment of common health issues such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and depression. Appointments can be made for annual exams, including paps.
Minor Emergencies, Sprains and Strains
We are equipped to treat simple emergencies such as lacerations, sprains, strains, simple fractures and minor burns. We also treat sore throats, upper respiratory infections and flu.
Walk-ins and Appointments
Our office is available to fill your simple emergency care needs, many times with shorter wait time than the emergency room.
Workmans Comp and Occupational Health
We have a full-time workers compensation Registered Nurse Case Manager. She serves as a liaison between the providers, employers, insurance companies and injured workers. We are experienced and qualified to meet the extensive demands of occupational medicine. We also provide an on-site pharmacy dispensing some non-narcotic medications for the convenience of our busy workers comp patients.
Corporate Services
In addition to our extensive Workmans Comp programs, all of the services listed below are available to our corporate clients in the Fort Myers area.
Drug/Alcohol/DOT Exams
First Care Medical Centers has extensive experience in drug screening and breath alcohol testing. Our clinical staff are certified in State and Federal regulations. We perform DOT, FAA, basic and complex physical examinations.
X-ray, Testing and Ultrasound Services
We provide a wide array of services including simple lab tests, x-ray and bone density screening. We are able to perform nerve conduction studies, nuclear stress tests, ultra sound (both therapeutic and diagnostic), and electrical stimulation. We offer many vaccines such as Tetanus, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Gardasil, Zostavax, Pneumonia, and Flu. At First Care Medical Centers, our staff is here to serve your needs.
Other On-Site Services
There is availability of immediate testing utilizing an audiometry booth, pulmonary function, spirometry, titmus, x-ray and EKG. Hepatitis B, and tetanus vaccines are kept on site for convenience. PPD skin testing is offered for TB screening. Lab testing is available utilizing multiple laboratory facilities. Press here to see our
